Our Food

The food at Roots is very much flavour focused. Dishes are simple, with sometimes unusual flavour combinations, to best showcase the beautiful ingredients we have around us.

Our menus do change regularly. See below for examples of our latest offerings, but please be aware that these are subject to change.

Wine

Our wine list has been created to complement the dishes Jan creates. within our list we have some great classics as well as some wines from smaller artisan winemakers. Our aim is to have something that will please all tastes.

To accompany our tasting menus we also offer wine flights, giving our guests the opportunity to try a few different wines, and hopefully a new favourite.
